1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the afb8 platform accessible via the official website at afb8.fun. These terms apply to all platform users including visitors, registered users, and any party interacting with content or services provided by afb8.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the afb8 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the afb8 platform.

2. Account Eligibility

Afb8 services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a citizen or resident of a jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by local law.
• Never been declared bankrupt or currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings.
• Not listed on any active self-exclusion programme.

3. Registration & Account Security

3.1 Account Registration

9. Limitation of Liability

Afb8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or business disruption. afb8's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount of the most recent deposit made by that user within the 30 days preceding the claim.

Afb8 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses and other security threats. Users are responsible for ensuring that the devices used to access the platform are protected by adequate security software.

10. Responsible Gaming
